REFUND POLICY
We take great care in ensuring every perfume is delivered in perfect condition.
Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue with the perfume bottle itself (e.g., leakage, broken sprayer, or damaged packaging upon arrival).
To qualify for a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing photos or videos of the issue.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.
Once approved, we will replace the item with a new one at no extra cost. Refunds are not issued for opened or used perfumes, or for reasons related to personal preference.
